(WTAQ-WLUK) — Chances to view sturgeon spawning are quickly dwindling in Northeast Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says sturgeon are spawning in the Fox River below the De Pere dam and in the Peshtigo River. The DNR says the large fish likely won’t be at De Pere for much longer.
Spawning on the Wolf River has ended for the year.
