MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Body parts that washed ashore along a remote stretch of a Lake Michigan beach in south Milwaukee are “believed to be” those of Sade Robinson.
The remains, which included a torso and an arm, were found Thursday morning near 5th and Marina, police say.
Robinson, 19, was killed and dismembered after going on a date with 33-year-old Maxwell Anderson on April 2.
Not long after, a severed human leg was discovered at Warnimont Park in Cudahy, belonging to Robinson.
Prosecutors said GPS technology placed Robinson at Anderson’s home on the night she disappeared.
Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and arson of property other than building.
A sonar detection boat is scheduled to further search Lake Michigan for additional remains.
