OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — As spray-painted graffiti has been showing up in Oshkosh, police released surveillance video of a person spray-painting a dumpster.
The graffiti has been painted on dumpsters, backs of street signs, a light pole, a barrel, a building wall and a window. The vandalism has taken place in the 1000-1400 blocks of Oregon Street and in the 100 Block of W. 7th Avenue.
Police say the impacts of the graffiti include cleanup costs and “undermining the aesthetic integrity of our neighborhoods.”
