GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man is dead and a woman is in custody following a stabbing on Green Bay’s east side.
Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Smith Street around 11 p.m. Sunday for a report of a weapons call.
Upon arrival, the victim, a 41-year-old Green Bay man, was found unresponsive inside the residence with an apparent stab wound.
The suspect, a 45-year-old Green Bay woman, was still on the scene and was taken into custody.
Police say witnesses indicated a domestic disturbance had occurred.
The victim’s identity is being withheld at this time.
The suspect may appear in court Monday.
